Everyone associated with Linked Psychology — staff, clinicians, clients, visitors and stakeholders — deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, kindness and professionalism. We are committed to providing a safe environment and to taking reasonable steps to minimise risks to health and safety.
This policy applies to all interactions with Linked Psychology across all settings and communication channels, including in-person, email, phone and social media.

We consider the following behaviours unacceptable:
Microaggressions include hostile or negative messages directed at people because of their race, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or other protected characteristic. These behaviours create a hostile or unwelcoming environment and will not be tolerated.
If a person refuses to comply with these terms, Linked Psychology reserves the right to deny or cease services or communications at our discretion. In most cases, we will provide verbal or written notification of our intention to cease services.
If treatment is ceased as a result of a policy breach, care will be handed back to the referring practitioner where appropriate. Where any staff member, client or associate feels an immediate threat to safety, we may notify emergency services.

If you remain dissatisfied after raising a complaint with us, you may contact the Office of the Health Ombudsman (Queensland) for an independent review.
